The Challenge
It’s Day 3 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge” — still with us? Let’s go!
As we saw yesterday, start every morning by drinking a large glass of water (with or without lemon) to detox your body.
From today onwards, you’ll find detox and wellness recipes, as well as fitness exercises to help you get back in shape gradually!
For breakfast, and since it’s Sunday, you might have a little extra time to make some high-protein crêpes.
To make your crêpes you will need:
• 2 eggs,
• 200 g fat-free fromage blanc,
• 200 ml skimmed milk,
• 4 tablespoons wheat bran,
• 4 tablespoons oat bran
Recipe (serves 2)
– Place the fromage blanc in a bowl and whisk it together with the milk. Add the egg, wheat bran and oat bran.
– Leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes. If it is too thick, feel free to add 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk.
– Spread 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan using a paper towel, then pour in half a ladle of batter and cook over low heat for 1 minute.
– Flip the crêpe with a spatula and cook for another minute.
Ready to enjoy ☺ The perfect morning breakfast — make several crêpes to last 1 or 2 mornings, then alternate with our pancake recipes, a bowl of unsweetened muesli or slices of wholegrain bread! You can now mix up your mornings.
For this 3rd day, we’re going to work your legs, glutes and abs!
> Your starting position:
Lie flat on your back and raise both legs vertically.
> The exercise:
This exercise is based on the scissors movement.
Cross your legs (right over left, then left over right), then spread them as wide apart as possible.
Repeat the sequence: cross your right leg over your left, then your left over your right, open your legs wide, then cross them again.
Perform this exercise at a fairly sustained pace.
> How many sets of “scissors”?
We recommend doing at least 3 sets of 15 to 25 scissors.
Take a short break of a few seconds between sets.
> Our tip:
Throughout the exercise, keep your back pressed flat against the floor.
If you find it difficult, place your hands under your glutes for support.
