The Challenge
It’s Day 28 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”.
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
Here’s a breakfast idea: 1 pot of 0% fat fromage blanc with a few strawberries cut into small pieces, 5 almonds, 5 dates and a green tea
We’re suggesting a fresh and light dinner recipe: An apple and baby vegetable salad
INGREDIENTS: (serves 4)
150 G TRIMMED GREEN BEANS
150 G SHELLED PEAS
10 RADISHES
2 GREEN APPLES
1 TIN OF CRAB MEAT
1 LEMON
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
4 TBSP SINGLE CREAM
1 BUNCH OF CHIVES
FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
METHOD:
Cook the peas and green beans for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain the vegetables, plunge them into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking, then drain again.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin matchsticks using a mandoline, or grate them with a coarse grater.
Grate the radishes in the same way.
Place the vegetables and apples in a salad bowl with the rinsed and patted-dry crab meat, the chopped herbs, olive oil, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.”
New exercise: Double Crunch
Following yesterday’s reverse crunch, you’ll continue strengthening your core and abs today with the double crunch!
Starting position:
For the double crunch, begin lying flat on the floor with your head raised; bring your chest and knees together until they touch. Slowly return to the starting position as you inhale — your feet never touch the floor.
Pace:
Complete 4 sets of 30 reps.
Combining these two exercises is a great approach for a flatter stomach and more defined abs.
Your daily pinch-and-roll massage
To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods available.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting circulation — both venous and lymphatic.
These actions help combat cellulite and the orange-peel effect, as well as reducing water retention. Ideal for eliminating toxins beneath the skin, this massage can be performed using a device, by a professional, or by hand.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should be followed:
The massage should always be performed on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
The pinch-and-roll technique should never be used on broken or wounded skin, as it may worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
The CelluBlue method:
Do you have a CelluBlue? Have you discovered our CelluBlue anti-cellulite cup ?
This little game-changer makes the powerful pinch-and-roll massage technique incredibly easy to do at home to fight cellulite. Results are visible in as little as 3 weeks.

The manual method:
This method only requires energy (elbow grease!), a little more time since it’s less effective than using the cup, and some patience to master the right technique.
Watch the video below for the full method.
Today, massage each area for 10 minutes.
