The Challenge
It’s Day 26 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. Feeling motivated for the final week of the challenge!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
Here’s a breakfast idea: 1 bowl of unsweetened muesli with a little soy milk, a few raisins + a green tea + a kiwi
We suggest a light lunch recipe: an asparagus and avocado mousse
Ingredients: (serves 4 glasses)
Asparagus mousse:
– 10 small asparagus spears (or 4 large)
– 100 g fat-free fromage blanc (one small pot)
– salt, pepper
Avocado cream:
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– pepper
– celery salt
– 1 tsp light crème fraîche (optional)
Method
Step 1: Peel the asparagus and cook them in a pot of boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes depending on their size.
Drain and leave to cool.
Step 2: Blend the asparagus with the fromage blanc.
Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate.
Step 3: Prepare the avocado cream: blend the avocado with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. You can add a teaspoon of crème fraîche for extra creaminess.
Step 4: Spoon the avocado cream into the bottom of each glass, then pour the asparagus mousse on top. You can garnish with a shaving of Parmesan.
Keep the glasses chilled until ready to serve.

The exercise below is simple to do and can be performed every day if needed. It helps slim the waist, smoothing out love handles, and is also particularly effective against back pain. It targets the main stabilising muscle of the abdominal belt, making it the number one exercise to do if you want to lose belly fat.
Starting position
Lie on the floor on a gym mat, back flat, knees bent, soles of your feet in contact with the floor, arms extended and relaxed, palms facing up and shoulders relaxed.
Bring your chin gently towards your chest without lifting your head off the floor, to stretch the back of your neck.
Steps
Inhale, expanding your chest.
Exhale as slowly as possible, pressing your back and lower back firmly into the floor to eliminate the arch in your lower spine.
Draw your stomach in as far as possible for 30 seconds – you can help yourself by placing one hand on your belly to feel the contraction – reach as deep as you can.
Release the contraction and recover with a few normal breaths.
Repeat the exercise 6 times.
Daily pinch-and-roll massage
To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll is the most effective massage technique there is.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting circulation, both venous and lymphatic.
These actions help combat cellulite and the orange-peel effect, as well as reducing water retention. Ideal for eliminating toxins beneath the skin, this massage can be performed using a device, by a professional, or by hand.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should nonetheless be followed:
The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
The pinch-and-roll should never be performed on skin with open wounds, as this risks worsening injuries and preventing proper healing.
