The Challenge
It’s Day 10 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. No slacking — keep honouring your new fitness and anti-cellulite routine!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast today, let’s make the most of the weekend and whip up a light apple clafoutis:
Ingredients (serves 4):
– 600 g apples
– 4 eggs
– 400 ml skimmed milk
– 20 g cornstarch
– cinnamon
– 8 tablespoons powdered sweetener
Recipe method:
Before you start, preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Beat the eggs with the sweetener as you would for an omelette.
Add the cornstarch, previously dissolved in a little cold milk, then stir in the remaining milk.
Arrange the apples, thinly sliced, in a non-stick baking dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Did you know that the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods out there?
The movement should always go from bottom to top to boost circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be a little uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Before you begin, make sure to follow these guidelines:
• Always massage on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll technique should never be performed on broken or wounded skin, as it could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
• Drink at least half a litre of water after each session.
For those who own a CelluBlue cup, do a CelluBlue session this evening 🙂
A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue correctly:
1. Oil the areas of your body affected by cellulite.
2. Pinch the CelluBlue between your fingers to expel the air.
3. Place the CelluBlue on the area you want to target, then release — your skin will be drawn into the cup.
4. Begin the massage: make targeted upward movements (for 3 minutes), side-to-side movements (for 1 minute), then circular movements (for 1 minute). Feel free to adjust the suction intensity by pinching the CelluBlue more or less firmly.
5. After your session, remember to drink half a litre of still water.
From now on, be sure to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, alongside our targeted exercise routine to tone up and help eliminate the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll soon notice the benefits of these new daily habits!
IMPORTANT NOTE: The challenge is and will always be 100% free, with no purchase required.
The CelluBlue will be a great help in a few days for certain cellulite-focused exercises, but a manual method (slightly longer and a little less effective) will always be offered as an alternative.
Although the CelluBlue is very affordable, we want the challenge to be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.
Validation Step
It is very important for proper coaching follow-up that you validate each step every day. This allows the coach to make sure you are still following the challenge correctly.
