Hello #CelluBlueteam! Today is your 4th day of the Fitness Challenge!
A session like no other awaits you: an introduction to Yoga!
EXERCISES
This yoga session will help you relieve and relax your back. Perform each position gently, slowly, and never force it.
Try to hold each pose for 1 minute and repeat the circuit 3 times!
Pose 1: Cat Pose
Kneel down with your legs slightly apart. Rest on your hands, keeping your arms vertical as well as your thighs. Keep your shoulders as relaxed as possible.
Then, move into the cat pose by rounding your back with your head down. Exhale as you settle into the position.
Next, as you inhale, let your belly drop toward the floor and arch your back. Open your chest and draw your shoulders back.
Alternate between the two positions, focusing on your breathing.

Pose 2: Cobra Pose
Lie face down, bring your legs together and keep them straight with your feet together. Place your hands at your sides at shoulder height, with your forearms resting on the floor.
Then, slowly lift your torso as you inhale.
Once in this position, take a few slow breaths for 1 minute.

Pose 3: Child’s Pose
To prepare for Child’s Pose, start by sitting on your heels with your legs folded beneath you. Let your arms hang along your body. Then gently lean your torso forward until your forehead rests on the mat. If your forehead doesn’t reach the floor, don’t worry — with practice you’ll gain more flexibility in your back.
Hold the position for 1 minute, breathing slowly.
TIPS
Tips for starting yoga:To make the most of your first yoga session, choose a quiet space. Invest in a good mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. We also recommend taking it gradually — flexibility isn’t built in a single session! Avoid eating just before, so you don’t have a full stomach, just as you would before any workout.
THE ANTI-CELLULITE TIP
Fighting cellulite every day doesn’t have to feel like a chore!
Here’s the proof: today we invite you to discover an anti-cellulite bath idea to help you unwind and treat your skin with zero fuss!
Taking an anti-cellulite bath once or twice a week is the perfect complement to your CelluBlue cup and your massage oil! In addition to helping you relax effectively (which is always great for tackling cellulite), your skin will look more beautiful and feel softer. The water can be warm, or cool in summer — stay in for at least 20–25 minutes to fully enjoy the benefits of your bath!
How to use:
1 tablespoon of orange zest
1 tablespoon of ground ginger,
1 tablespoon of rosemary sprigs
60 g of powdered milk
115 g of Epsom salt
5 drops of ginger and orange essential oil
Mix everything together, then drizzle with the essential oils. Divide the mixture into small squares of gauze and tie them into sachets with a simple piece of string.
Simply let your sachet float on the surface of the bath and allow it to infuse. This simple recipe helps target cellulite thanks to the action of citrus, and warms the muscles thanks to the properties of ginger!
To complete this wellness moment, take the time to massage yourself using the pinch-and-roll technique or with your CelluBlue cup! Don’t have one yet? Now’s the perfect time to treat yourself and save €5 in our shop with the code “DEFIFITNESS2016“.
