The Challenge
The weekend is here — the perfect time to put into practice all the tips and good habits from yesterday.
Start by drinking a large glass of water (with or without lemon) to help detox your body.
Every weekend, we’ll be sharing balanced breakfast recipes you can make at home. This Saturday morning, we’re suggesting a recipe for red berry pancakes :
INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
• 300 g flour
• 1/2 sachet baking powder
• 30 cl milk
• 4 eggs
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 100 g red berries
METHOD
– Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then mix the yolks with the milk.
– Combine the flour, baking powder and sugar, then mix everything together until you get a smooth batter.
– Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter using a spatula, lifting as you go. Add the red berries and stir gently. Leave to rest for about twenty minutes.
– In a large hot pan, lightly greased, drop two small ladlefuls of batter side by side without letting them touch, then cook (about 2 min). When small bubbles rise to the surface, flip the pancakes and leave for another 40 seconds. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
And there you have it!
For those with a sweet tooth, add a few drops of maple syrup or honey, and a few extra berries on top.
– Serve your pancakes with a green tea, known for its diuretic and slimming properties.

For this 3rd day, we’re going to work your legs, glutes and abs !
> Starting position :
Lie flat on your back and raise both legs vertically.
> The exercise :
This exercise is based on the scissors movement.
Cross your legs (right over left, then left over right), then open them as wide as possible.
Repeat the sequence: cross right leg over left, then left over right, open wide, then cross again.
Keep a fairly steady, sustained pace throughout.
> How many sets of “scissors” ?
We recommend doing at least 3 sets of 15 to 25 scissors.
Take a short pause between sets.
> Our tip :
Throughout the exercise, keep your back pressed flat against the floor.
If you find it difficult, place your hands under your glutes for support.
Have a wonderful Saturday, and see you tomorrow!
