The Challenge
It’s Day 7 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”.
Still motivated? Don’t give up! The first week is always the hardest!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, 2 slices of rye bread with a little margarine + a 0% fat yoghurt with a drizzle of honey + a green tea

For 3 verrines:
3 small tomatoes
1 can of tuna in water
1 shallot
A few basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
1 pinch of fleur de sel & pepper
Method:
Dice the tomatoes and finely slice the shallot.
Place two-thirds of the tomatoes in each verrine, add a little shallot, one-third of the tuna on top, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, then repeat in the same order with the remaining tomatoes, shallot, tuna, a pinch of fleur de sel, pepper and a basil leaf.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
Serve your verrines with lean cooked ham or turkey breast.

Ladies, with today’s exercise you’ll be able to say goodbye to your love handles!

Position: Standing, legs apart, feet about one metre from each other, arms relaxed at your sides.
Movement: Lean your torso to one side, sliding your hand as far down as possible along your body (to your knee or below).
Sequence duration: Complete 2 sets of 30 reps (15 on each side).
Tip: Do not tilt your upper body forwards or backwards. You should feel the stretch at the waist, on the side opposite to the bend. Straighten back up using your obliques.
Remember to control your breathing and drink water after each workout.

Validation Step
It is very important for proper coaching follow-up that you validate each step every day. This allows the coach to make sure you are still following the challenge correctly.
