The challenge
It’s Day 16 of the CelluBlue Body Challenge. Happy weekend!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we’re sharing a recipe for gluten-free cookies:

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (makes about 8 cookies):
– 200 g dark chocolate (80% cocoa)
– 150 g softened butter
– 125 g sugar
– 2 whole eggs
– 150 g rice flour
– 125 g whole hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.
– 80 g desiccated coconut (optional)
Method:
• Preheat your oven to 200°C (gas mark 6–7).
• Beat the softened butter with the sugar, then add the eggs, flour and coconut.
• Roughly chop the nuts and chocolate with a knife to get larger chunks, then mix everything together.
• On a sheet of baking paper, form small mounds of the mixture (you can use several trays at once).
• Bake your cookies for 15 minutes.
• Leave to cool, then enjoy.
(Can be kept for several days in a food-safe bag.)
New exercise: Ab bikes

Today we’re going to work your abs in just 10 minutes using the bicycle method.
The position is simple: lie on your back with your hands at ear level, raise your legs and bend your knees.
Your left knee should come to meet your right elbow (and vice versa, right knee to left elbow). During this movement, your other leg should be extended without touching the floor. Then alternate left and right.
Do 4 sets of 20 repetitions for a complete workout.
Your daily palper-rouler massage

To tackle cellulite, the palper-rouler is one of the most effective massage techniques available.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps to release fat from adipose cells while boosting circulation, both venous and lymphatic.

The massage should always be performed on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
The palper-rouler should not be performed on broken or wounded skin, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
