The Challenge
It’s Day 13 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. Keep it up 🙂
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we suggest today a slice of wholegrain bread with scrambled eggs, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a green tea.
For lunch, here is the recipe for a courgette flan
Ingredients
3 courgettes
6 eggs
1 onion
1 garlic clove
100g light cream cheese spread
1 heaped tablespoon of oat bran
Preparation
Trim the ends off the courgettes and slice or dice them.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
In a non-stick pan with no added fat, cook the garlic and onion, then add the courgettes, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (Gas Mark 7).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the cream cheese and oat bran. Add the courgettes, mix well, then divide the mixture between silicone ramekins (or pour into a terrine dish). Bake for 20 minutes (30 to 40 minutes for a terrine).
Check doneness by inserting the tip of a knife – it should come out clean.
Leave to cool slightly before turning out.
For a snack, we suggest enjoying some delicious fruit skewers :
Ingredients for 2 people
1 pear
1 apple
1 kiwi
1 banana
12 small strawberries
6 wooden skewers
Preparation
Wash the strawberries.
Peel and dice the apple and pear, then peel the kiwi and cut it into rounds.
Slice the bananas into even rounds.
Fresh fruit skewers: thread one piece of each fruit onto the wooden skewers, alternating colours; repeat for the remaining skewers until all the fruit is used. Arrange on a serving plate.
Sprinkle caster sugar between each layer of fruit on the skewers, and add a dusting of vanilla sugar – it’s absolutely delicious.
Finally, cover the plate with aluminium foil and refrigerate until ready to serve (light can affect the colour of the fruit). Serve chilled.
Today’s new exercise: Have you heard of Mountain Climbers ?
A cardio exercise highly regarded by athletes!
Start in a high plank position, arms fully extended.
Bring one knee up towards your chest and place your foot on the floor.
From this position, push off to switch your feet. The leg that was bent comes back to a straight position, while the straight leg drives forward with the knee towards your chest.
Keep your shoulders low and relaxed to avoid rounding your back (dorsal kyphosis). To keep your head and neck properly aligned, look slightly forward on a diagonal rather than down at your hands.
Pace: 15 reps + follow with 30 oblique crunches (see Day 5 if needed)
You’ve got this!
Daily pinch-and-roll massage
To tackle cellulite, the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods available.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting circulation – both venous and lymphatic.
These actions help combat cellulite and the orange-peel effect, as well as reducing water retention. Ideal for eliminating toxins beneath the skin, this massage can be performed using a device, by a professional, or by hand.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should be followed:
The massage should always be performed on skin that has been pre-oiled.
The pinch-and-roll technique should never be used on broken or wounded skin, as it may worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
The CelluBlue method:
Do you have a CelluBlue? Have you discovered our CelluBlue anti-cellulite cup ?
This little game-changer makes the powerful pinch-and-roll massage technique incredibly easy to do at home to target cellulite. Results are visible in as little as 3 weeks.

The manual method:
This method requires nothing but energy (a little elbow grease!), slightly more time as it is less effective than using the cup, and a little patience to master the right technique.
Watch the video below for the full method.
For today, massage each area for 10 minutes.
