???? Today’s recipe

Today we’re sharing a recipe for express chocolate mousse — sugar-free, wholesome, and utterly indulgent! You’ve been dreaming of this, haven’t you?

chocolat mousseIngredients (serves 2):

  • 2 eggs
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or any other milk)

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder and milk together.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then stir the yolks into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Add the agave syrup and mix everything together.
  4. Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the mixture.
  5. Pour your chocolate mousse into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

And that’s it!

 

⭐️ Today’s exercise: lunges + dumbbells!

Lunges are fantastic for toning your glutes and the backs of your thighs.
The wider your stance, the more your glutes and hamstrings will be engaged.
The narrower your stance, the more your front thigh muscles will work.

To perform the exercise correctly and avoid straining your knees or back, make sure to follow these steps:

1 – For this exercise you’ll need 2 x 2kg dumbbells or 2 full water bottles (1.5L). They’ll help you stay stable and upright.
Stand tall with your feet together, holding a dumbbell (or bottle) in each hand, arms and elbows close to your body.
2 – Press firmly through your left foot to maintain good balance.
3 – Step your right foot forward, as far as possible, while lowering your left knee toward the floor without touching it.
4 – Push back to the starting position using your right heel. Keep your arms close to your body throughout.
5 – Repeat on the other leg.

HOW MANY REPS SHOULD I DO?

Start with 12 reps on each side: 12 lunges on the right leg, then 12 on the left.
Work your way up to 16 reps per leg, then 20, then 25.
Feel free to increase by 5 reps on each side as you progress.
