For a flat stomach in the morning, cut back on dairy!
Between lactose — a natural sugar that’s often hard to digest — added sugars, and fat content, dairy products are the ultimate recipe for a bloated belly! But they’re also a great source of calcium and vitamins, so they do have their benefits. So what’s the move?
Try, as much as possible, to reduce your dairy intake — consumed in large quantities, dairy tends to cause bloating and puffiness.
Avoid whole-milk dairy products, high-fat fromage blanc, and soft cheeses. Instead, go for skimmed products or hard, cooked-curd cheeses.
