Ingredients

For one small jar of anti-cellulite body butter

  • 100ml shea butter, to deeply moisturise your skin
  • 10ml coconut oil, to nourish and repair your skin
  • 5ml sweet almond oil, for irresistibly soft skin
  • 10 drops grapefruit essential oil, to help fight cellulite

How to make the anti-cellulite body butter

  1. Place the shea butter and coconut oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave (a few seconds is all it takes).
  2. Allow the mixture to cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the sweet almond oil and grapefruit essential oil. Mix well.
  3. Pour your anti-cellulite body butter into a jar with a lid.
  4. Close the jar and place it in the freezer for about 1 hour.
  5. Remove your butter from the freezer and let it finish setting at room temperature or in the fridge.

How do I use my anti-cellulite body butter?

You can use your anti-cellulite body butter daily to moisturise and firm your skin. Apply it to all areas affected by cellulite, massaging vigorously in circular motions from the bottom upwards. Avoid using this treatment before sun exposure.

Your anti-cellulite body butter can be stored for approximately 1 month in an airtight jar.

Shea butter, meanwhile, is renowned for its ability to soften and smooth the skin, providing deep hydration. Finally, fennel, grapefruit and cypress essential oils deliver a detoxifying, draining effect and help stimulate circulation. A winning combination to help tackle cellulite!

Ingredients

  • 60 ml red vine macerate
  • 80 g shea butter
  • 3 g beeswax
  • 30 drops fennel essential oil
  • 30 drops grapefruit essential oil
  • 15 drops cypress essential oil
  • 10 drops vitamin E

How to make the slimming & anti-cellulite balm

  1. Melt the macerate, butter and wax together in a bowl in the microwave.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.

  • 8 drops vitamin E

How to make the anti-cellulite body whip

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and mash the shea butter with a fork.
  2. Whip the shea butter like egg whites using an electric hand mixer. Keep beating until you achieve a thick, fluffy texture (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add the ivy oil macerate. Mix again for a few seconds.
  4. Finally, add the essential oils and vitamin E, then gently mix again until you have a smooth, uniform whip. It’s ready!

How do I use the anti-cellulite body whip?

This treatment is deeply moisturising, so it’s best used in the evening. Apply the whip generously to all areas with cellulite, massaging for a few minutes to help it absorb.
