The Challenge
As every morning when you wake up, drink your large glass of water (with or without lemon) to detoxify your body, alongside a balanced breakfast.
This morning, we suggest: a plain 0% yogurt + a kiwi + a green tea.
On the menu for lunch (or dinner), a salmon fillet en papillote.

Ingredients (serves 2):
– 2 fresh salmon fillets
– 4 scallops
– 2 tomatoes
– 1 small carton of single cream
– 2 tablespoons of fish stock
– Herbes de Provence
– Olive oil
– Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut two squares of baking paper or aluminium foil.
Place the salmon on top and brush with olive oil.
Arrange the scallops around it.
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and lay them over the salmon fillet.
Season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.
In a bowl, mix the single cream with the fish stock (you can add a teaspoon of mustard for a stronger flavour). Pour this mixture into the parcels, seal them and bake for 15 minutes at 210°C (gas mark 7).
Serve your salmon with brown rice or a medley of vegetables.

Today, a wonderfully simple idea: the brown rice cake. To add more flavour and variety to this little snack, feel free to top it with fruit jam or honey if you prefer 🙂
Exercise of the day:
A true classic for tackling cellulite: the wall sit.

Stand against a wall, then bend your knees as if you were sitting on a chair, thighs parallel to the floor. Lower yourself with both legs, then come back up; repeat 20 times. Then, from the same starting position, lift one leg, then the other.
Do 20 repetitions (it burns a little, but it’s all for a good reason!)
Stay very attentive over the coming days — this weekend we’ll be showing you how to perform the most important massage of the challenge (and the most complex to master): the pinch-and-roll technique
