The Challenge

As every Wednesday, a surprise snack recipe is waiting for you 🙂

Before that, for breakfast today it will be a bowl of unsweetened cereal or muesli with the fruit of your choice and a green tea (or herbal tea).

And as every morning, don’t forget your large glass of lemon water and the cool water jet in the shower (or cold for the brave ones) on your legs.

For your snack today we suggest an original recipe with apples.
Take an apple, core it, then slice it into rounds of varying thickness.
In a bowl: mix a 0% plain yogurt with unsweetened muesli, a few raisins and a little brown sugar.
Then take one slice, add your mixture and place another apple slice on top 🙂
You can now enjoy your healthy and filling snack that will keep you going until tonight.

For tonight, an easy salmon crumble recipe:

Ingredients for 4 people
• 500 to 600 g salmon fillet (frozen or fresh)
• 2 onions
• 25 cl liquid cream (light or regular)
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chopped dill
• 1 small tablespoon chopped parsley or thyme
• 1 small tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 10 pink peppercorns (spice aisle) (optional)
• salt
• pepper
For the topping:
• 4 Wasa “authentic” style crispbreads
• 40 g soft butter

Preparation steps
In a frying pan, sauté the onions cut into small pieces over high heat with one tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes until golden, then set aside.

In a bowl, mix the cream, herbs, pink peppercorns and one tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper at this stage.

Cut the salmon into small cubes of 1 to 2 cm. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).

Crumble the crispbreads with a pestle or rolling pin and mix with the butter. Use your fingers to combine until you get a sandy mixture.

In a gratin or crumble dish, drizzle a small tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and spread it evenly over the bottom. Add the onions, spreading them out, then the salmon, arranging it evenly as well. Pour over the dill cream, then spread the crumble topping on top.

Finally, bake for approximately 25 minutes at 180°C in a fan-assisted oven.

Today’s exercise: The Bicycle

We’re going to work your thighs and abs!
Position
Back flat on the floor, neck resting on your hands, elbows pointing outward.
Movement
Bend your knees, raise your legs to form a 90° angle with your hips, engage your core and pedal by extending your legs out in front of you, one after the other.
Sequence duration
2 or 3 sets of 10 to 12 movements.
Tip
Draw your stomach in to press your lower back against the floor and avoid moving your hips. The pace should be slow and steady.

Today’s pinch-and-roll massage session

We’re focusing again on the pinch-and-roll massage, which is the most important exercise of the entire challenge. Some of you have let the coach know that you don’t always do your pinch-and-roll massage every day
No pinch-and-roll = no results at the end of the challenge

So don’t forget to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and help reduce the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll quickly notice the benefits of these new daily habits!

As you know, the pinch-and-roll massage is the best massage technique there is.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Even if this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Don’t forget to follow these guidelines before you start:

• The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll massage should not be performed on skin with open wounds, as this could worsen injuries and prevent proper healing.
• You should drink at least half a litre of water after each session.
