The challenge
Hello everyone,
A new Monday marking the start of our final week together for the grand challenge!
We hope you are more motivated than ever for this final stretch 🙂
In the morning, don’t forget your large glass of lemon water and the cold water rinse in the shower (or ice-cold for the brave ones) on your legs.
For breakfast, go for a slice of wholegrain bread with honey, an apple and a green tea.
For this evening, it will be a cucumber, mint and coriander velouté:
Ingredients (Serves approximately 4)
2 cucumbers
200 ml milk
1 Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 garlic clove
3 sprigs of fresh mint
3 sprigs of fresh coriander
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
100g crab meat
1 pinch of salt
Preparation: 20 min
-Wash the cucumbers, then cut them in half lengthways and remove the seeds.
-Cut your cucumbers into pieces.
-Peel the garlic clove and remove the germ.
-In a blender: add the cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, mint and coriander leaves, and milk, then blend until smooth.
-Add the yogurt and Espelette pepper, add a pinch of salt and blend again.
-Place your velouté in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
-Plate up the crab flakes with a drizzle of olive oil and your velouté 🙂
Today’s exercise: SQUAT
To kick off the week on the right foot, we start with a series of SQUATs — one of the most recognised exercises for tackling cellulite and toning the thighs and glutes!
So go all in on SQUATS with 5 sets of 10 (take a 30-second rest between each set). 50 SQUATs is already a great start, but for those who want to go further, check out the image above (click to enlarge) for a 30-day plan you can do at home 🙂 For anyone looking for a personal challenge, let’s go!
And for the brave ones, feel free to combine this exercise with a few abs for a complete workout!
Today’s pinch-and-roll session
We’re zooming in again on the pinch-and-roll, which is the most important exercise of the entire challenge. Some participants have reported to the coach that they don’t always do their pinch-and-roll every day
No pinch-and-roll = no results at the end of the challenge
So don’t forget to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and help reduce the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll quickly notice the benefits of these new daily habits!
As you know, the pinch-and-roll is the most effective massage technique out there.
The movement should always be performed from the bottom upwards to improve circulation. Even if this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Don’t forget to follow these guidelines before you begin:
• The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll should not be performed on skin with open wounds, as this could worsen injuries and impair healing.
• You should drink at least half a litre of water after each session.

A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue :
