This morning, we’re keeping our anti-cellulite rituals going with a large glass of lemon water and a cool — or cold, for the brave ones — water jet on the legs, from bottom to top.
On the menu this morning for breakfast: a bowl of unsweetened muesli with organic goji berries and your drink of choice 🙂 (green tea, herbal tea, fresh juice or coffee). You can also add a 0% plain yogurt to your muesli if you like.

For tonight, we’ve prepared a simple, light recipe: a quinoa salad — have you tried it before?
Ingredients (4 servings):
– 1 cup of quinoa
– 1/2 cucumber
– 2 tomatoes
– 20 mint leaves
– 1 shallot
– olive oil
– lemon juice
– salt
Recipe instructions:
– Cook the quinoa for 15 minutes in boiling water. Once cooked, cool it down by rinsing it under cold water and let it drain in a colander.
– While the quinoa is cooking, rinse the tomatoes, remove the seeds and any excess juice, then dice them into very small cubes.
– Peel the half cucumber, remove the seeds and dice it into very small cubes as well.
– Finely chop the mint and the shallot.
– Mix all the vegetables with the cooled quinoa. Season with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil!
Today’s exercise: Glute kickbacks with extended leg

Exercise: Place your knees on the floor, hands flat on the ground, keeping your back straight. Lift one leg and extend it straight behind you, squeezing your glutes.
It’s important to keep your back flat and your hands firmly planted on the floor. To increase the difficulty, start with your legs straight and up on your tiptoes.
Hold the position for 1 minute, then switch legs. Complete 3 to 4 sets of this exercise and don’t forget your palper-rouler massage session!

Today’s palper-rouler session
We’re zooming in again on the palper-rouler, which is the most important exercise of the entire challenge. Some participants have told the coach that they haven’t been doing their palper-rouler every day
No palper-rouler = no results at the end of the challenge
Don’t forget to complement your diet and exercise efforts with the palper-rouler massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and help break down the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll quickly notice the benefits of these new daily habits!
As you know, the palper-rouler is the most effective massage technique out there.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Even if this technique can sometimes feel uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Please remember to follow these guidelines before you begin:
• The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
• The palper-rouler should not be performed on skin with open wounds, as this could worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
• You should drink at least half a litre of water after each session.

A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue:
