The challenge
Monday, a new week, new recipes, new workouts! We hope you had a great weekend and are ready to kick off this week with us.
When you wake up, keep up your good habits: a large glass of lemon water and a cool — or cold, for the brave ones — water rinse on your legs, from bottom to top.
After yesterday’s brunch, let’s go for a lighter breakfast today: green tea + 2 clementines + a 0% plain yogurt

For lunch, discover our recipe for stir-fried noodles with vegetables:
Ingredients (serves 2):
• 1 packet of Chinese noodles
• 1 small can of bean sprouts (or a handful of fresh sprouts)
• 2 carrots
• 2 onions
• 2 handfuls of black mushrooms
• Soy sauce
• Olive oil
Preparation
✓ Cook the noodles as indicated on the packet, in a wok or a large saucepan.
✓ Soak the black mushrooms in a large bowl of hot water.
✓ Finely slice the vegetables. The finer the slices, the faster they will cook.
✓ In a frying pan, sauté the onions in olive oil.
✓ Add the carrots.
✓ When the carrots are tender, add the sliced mushrooms and bean sprouts.
✓ Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
✓ Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of sugar, then stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
✓ Add the noodles and toss everything together to combine.
Enjoy your noodles on their own or alongside a fat-free cooked chicken breast.

Today’s exercise: THE PINCH-AND-ROLL MASSAGE
We’re zooming in again on the pinch-and-roll massage, which is the most important exercise of the entire challenge. Some of you have let the coach know that you haven’t been doing your pinch-and-roll massage every day
No pinch-and-roll = no results at the end of the challenge
Don’t forget to complement your diet and fitness efforts with the pinch-and-roll massage every day or every other day, following our targeted exercise routine to tone up and break down the fat cells responsible for cellulite. You’ll quickly notice the benefits of these new daily habits!
As you know, the pinch-and-roll massage is the most effective massage technique there is.
The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Even if this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite.
Remember to follow these guidelines before you begin:
• The massage should always be performed on an area that has been oiled beforehand.
• The pinch-and-roll massage must not be performed on skin with open wounds, as this could worsen injuries and impair healing.
• You should drink at least half a litre of water after each session.

A quick reminder on how to use your CelluBlue:
1. Oil the areas of your body affected by cellulite.
2. Pinch CelluBlue between your fingers to release the air.

4. Begin the massage: make targeted movements from bottom to top (for 3 minutes), left to right (for 1 minute), then circular movements (for 1 minute). Feel free to adjust the suction intensity by pinching CelluBlue more or less firmly.
5. After your session, remember to drink half a litre of still water.

As every day from now on, don’t forget: 20 minutes of the manual method or 5 minutes of the CelluBlue method today for the pinch-and-roll massage — head to Day 10. You should be getting really comfortable with the technique by now.
