The Challenge
Happy Saturday morning, everyone 🙂
Kick off this weekend in great shape with your large glass of lemon water and don’t forget to run a stream of cool or even cold water over your legs.
Start from the ankles, working your way up along the thighs, all the way to the buttocks and hips.
Ready for breakfast?
Since it’s Saturday, we’re sharing a breakfast recipe you can make at home. This morning it’s light banana muffins – ready?

Ingredients: Makes 6 muffins
1 banana
1 egg
60g cornstarch
60g flour
40g caster sugar
60g 0% fromage blanc
1 level tsp baking powder
30ml semi-skimmed milk
A little vanilla extract
Method:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (th.6/7).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cornstarch, flour, sugar and baking powder.
Crack the egg and add it to the bowl, followed by the fromage blanc.
Mix everything together, stir in the milk, then add a little vanilla.
Step 2:
Peel the banana and cut it into 6 pieces.
Add the banana pieces to the bowl with all the other ingredients.
Pour the batter into muffin moulds and press one piece of banana into the centre of each.
Finally, bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they cook.

Today’s exercise: The front plank
Today, we’re going to work the entire core.
Exercise: For this plank movement, lie face down, supporting yourself on your forearms and the tips of your toes. Hold the position without moving, engaging your abs and keeping your back straight. To make it harder, you can lift one leg at a time, keeping it straight, then one arm. Then lift one arm and the opposite leg at the same time.
Do sets of 1 minute each.
And for the bravest among you, follow up with a set of 50 sit-ups 🙂
