Hello everyone! Here we are at the halfway point of our Grand Challenge! Well done to everyone who has made it this far, we are so proud of you and hope you are ready for the next 15 days 🙂

As every morning, start with a large glass of lemon water and don’t forget to run a cool or cold stream of water over your legs.
Start from the ankles, working your way up along the thighs, all the way to the buttocks and hips.
Ready for breakfast?
And for your breakfast: a 0% fat yoghurt + a kiwi + a green tea, and for those with a sweet tooth, 3 squares of dark chocolate 🙂

On the menu for lunch, a grilled aubergine salad 🙂
Ingredients (2 servings):
– 1 large, firm aubergine
– 4 slices of Grisons air-dried beef
– 2 soft-boiled eggs
– 20 g toasted pine nuts
– 250 g green salad leaves
– walnut oil
– balsamic vinegar
– strong mustard
– garlic
– shallots
– salt, pepper
Recipe method:
Prepare the aubergine: slice lengthways, steam or microwave until tender, then brush with olive oil and basil and grill in a pan or in the oven.
Boil the eggs for approximately 8 minutes for soft-boiled.
Toast the pine nuts.
Slice the meat into strips.
Dress the salad with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper, ground garlic and ground shallots.
Toss the pine nuts and meat through the salad, then add the warm aubergine slices.
Finish with the eggs cut into quarters.

Today’s exercise: Endurance activities + today’s leg workout
To give cellulite no chance, a healthy lifestyle is key! Alongside a balanced, tailored diet, regular endurance exercise is essential — meaning you need to work out long enough and with enough focus to break down fat deposits and stimulate circulation throughout your body. Choose from anti-cellulite physical activities that also fall into the endurance category, such as: cycling, dancing, brisk walking, running…
These sports effectively burn fat while boosting venous and lymphatic circulation, helping to combat fluid retention.
With swimming and aqua cycling, your skin will also feel firmer and smoother thanks to the action of the water. To see real results, aim for 45 minutes of exercise, three times a week.

Stand with your feet apart, lower yourself until your legs form a 90° angle, keeping your back straight, then rise back up. Do 3 sets of 20. Then step one leg forward and lower yourself as far as possible. Do 4 sets of 10 on each leg.
To finish, lie on your side and raise the top leg. Hold for 20 seconds, then repeat on the other side. Do 3 sets of 15.
Today’s pinch-and-roll session
As every day from now on, don’t forget: 20 minutes of the manual method or 5 minutes of the CelluBlue method today for your pinch-and-roll — head back to Day 10. You should be getting really comfortable with the technique by now.
