The Challenge
It’s Wednesday, the day of our surprise snack recipe ! But before we get to that, start with a large glass of lemon water and don’t forget to run a stream of cool or even cold water over your legs.
Start at the ankles, working your way up along the thighs, all the way to the buttocks and hips.
Ready for breakfast ?
This morning, we suggest: a green tea + prunes + a slice of wholegrain bread with honey.

Today we’re suggesting a strawberry snack.
– Take some wholegrain bread and make one or two slices of toast.
– Spread a little honey or 0% fromage blanc on your toast.
– Slice some strawberries into rounds and place them on top.
Your Wednesday afternoon snack is ready 🙂

Tonight dinner will be a carrot soup ! Very easy and quick to make
Ingredients (4 servings):
– 600 g carrots
– 400 g potatoes
– 1 to 1.5 litres of water depending on desired consistency
– 3 portions of cream cheese (La Vache qui rit or similar)
– juice of one lemon
– salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic
Recipe preparation :
Peel and roughly chop the potatoes and carrots.
Place them in the water with the lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.
Leave to cook for approximately 30 minutes, covered, over a low heat (a gentle simmer).
Once cooked, add the cream cheese portions.
Blend everything together. It’s ready! 🙂

Today’s exercise: Walking
Did you know, ladies, that walking is the number one anti-cellulite sport that we can all do ? 🙂
Aim for a brisk walk of at least 30 minutes every day.
This will gently work your muscles, improve your circulation and help you burn calories. Take every opportunity to use the stairs instead of the escalator, get off the metro one stop before work, or park a little further away than usual !
