The Challenge
It’s Day 9 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”.
Let’s go! We’re all in this together!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we suggest today 2 slices of wholegrain bread with 1 tsp of jam or honey + a plain 0% yoghurt + a tea or coffee.
For lunch, here is a recipe for tomato fish gratin:
Ingredients for 4 servings:
600 g white fish fillet (hake, pangasius…)
40 cl soy milk
4 tomatoes
2 onions
2 shallots
2 sprigs of fresh coriander
2 slices of wholegrain bread, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Steam the fish for 10 minutes. Flake it with a fork, then transfer it to an ovenproof dish. (Add a little salt and pepper at this stage if you like.)
Peel and thinly slice the onions and shallots.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, add the onions and shallots and let them soften over low heat for a few minutes. Pour them over the fish.
Rinse and chop the coriander. Add it to the fish.
Pour the soy milk over everything.
Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Arrange them in the dish, then sprinkle with the crumbled wholegrain bread, drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for about 20 minutes until golden.
For today’s workout, we’re going to talk about push-ups. That’s right — push-ups aren’t just for men, and they’re incredibly effective for working your arm muscles, your abs, and even burning calories.
The correct position:
– Lie face down on the floor.
– Place your hands flat on the ground at shoulder width, slightly wider than your shoulders. Keep your body perfectly straight.
– Push your body up by extending your arms, keeping your body straight. Avoid the tendency to arch your back.
Only your hands and toes remain in contact with the ground, while keeping your body fully aligned.
– Don’t touch the ground between push-ups. From the first to the last rep, only your toes and hands should be in contact with the floor.
Remember to control your breathing and drink water after each workout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The challenge is and will always be 100% free, with no purchase required.
The CelluBlue will be a great help in a few days for certain cellulite-focused exercises, but a manual method (slightly longer and a little less effective) will always be offered as an alternative.
Although the CelluBlue is very affordable, we want the challenge to be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.
