The Challenge

It’s Day 6 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. Feeling good this morning? Let’s go!

As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).

Breakfast: A bowl of unsweetened muesli + one kiwi + a herbal tea.

For lunch, we suggest the recipe for sautéed shrimp with carrots and honey.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
250 g cooked, peeled shrimp
2 carrots
Juice of one orange
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander

Method:

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks or slices.
In a saucepan, heat the orange juice with the mustard, honey and sesame seeds. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the coriander and serve hot.

Why not take advantage of today to make your first detox smoothie!

For 1 glass:
– 1 carrot
– 1 apple
– 1/4 cucumber

Method:
Peel all 3 ingredients and run them through a juicer.
Then mix the 3 juices together.
Tip: use the rest of the cucumber as a small salad tonight with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Did you know that jump rope helps reduce the appearance of cellulite?

Sports Woman with jumping rope

Here are 8 great reasons to pick up a jump rope:

1. Jump rope engages every muscle in your body. It’s a complete full-body workout.
2. Jump rope is done in sets of 2 to 3 minutes over a total of 15 to 30 minutes. Between each set, roughly 20-second rest periods allow your body to adapt to the repeated impact and catch its breath.
3. During a jump rope session, your legs work hard. The result: slimmer calves and more toned thighs. Beyond the legs, this activity also engages the upper body — every jump calls for core engagement.
4. Regular jump rope training quickly tones the legs, back and abs, building definition without adding bulk!
5. Practiced consistently, jump rope delivers surprisingly fast results.
6. Did you know that 15 minutes of jump rope has the same effect on the body as 30 minutes of jogging or 45 minutes of skiing? It’s far more demanding than it looks — and keeping it up for 15 consecutive minutes is no small feat 🙂
7. This exercise improves coordination, timing and agility, and builds endurance.
8. You can take your jump rope anywhere!

Convinced? Jump rope for 3 minutes without stopping!

Remember to control your breathing and drink water after every workout.

CelluBlue

5-Review
Do you have a CelluBlue? Have you discovered our CelluBlue anti-cellulite cup?

This revolutionary little device makes it incredibly easy to perform the powerful pinch-and-roll massage technique to target cellulite. Results are visible in as little as 3 weeks.

Here is a feature from M6 explaining how it works:

IMPORTANT NOTE: The challenge is and will always be 100% free, with no purchase required.
The CelluBlue will be a great help in a few days for certain cellulite-targeting exercises, but a manual method (slightly longer and a little less effective) will always be offered as an alternative.
Although the CelluBlue is very affordable, we want the challenge to be accessible to everyone, regardless of budget.

Extra

Are you familiar with the pinch-and-roll technique?
It is probably the most effective technique for targeting cellulite.
The pinch-and-roll will be one of the key elements of our challenge in the coming days and should be done daily — if you have a little extra time, start getting familiar with this technique to get ahead.

We will show you two ways to perform the pinch-and-roll: with your CelluBlue or with your hands.
