The challenge

It’s Day 15 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. The weekend is almost here! Hang in there for those who don’t have a long weekend 🙂

As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your cold anti-cellulite shower (explained on Day 4).

For breakfast, we recommend 2 organic rice cakes with 1 tsp of jam (your choice) + a green tea + a piece of fruit for your 10am snack if needed.

For dinner, here’s a recipe for a green gazpacho:

Ingredients
1 generous handful of baby spinach
1 cucumber
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Mineral water
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Rinse and peel the cucumber.
Cut it into cubes.
Peel the garlic clove.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding a little mineral water to reach the ideal consistency.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve in small glasses.

Today’s exercise:

Today you’ll combine two exercises you’ve already done to work the whole body and target the love handles:
– 2 min non-stop of jump rope
– Love handle exerciselove handles: 2 sets of 30 reps (15 on each side)
– 2 min non-stop of jump rope

(For those without a jump rope, do 2 sets of 30 squats instead)

Your daily pinch-and-roll massage

To fight cellulite, the pinch-and-roll technique is one of the most effective massage methods available.
This technique involves kneading the skin to stimulate lipolysis, which helps release fat from adipose cells while boosting circulation — both venous and lymphatic.

The movement should always go from bottom to top to improve circulation. Although this technique can sometimes be uncomfortable, it is remarkably effective against all types of cellulite. A few basic principles should be followed:

The massage should always be performed on skin that has been oiled beforehand.
The pinch-and-roll technique should never be used on broken or wounded skin, as it may worsen injuries and interfere with healing.
