Strawberry, mint and cucumber detox water

Ingredients

  • 1 L of water
  • 10 strawberries
  • ½ cucumber
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime

Method

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the cucumber, strawberries and mint.
  3. Hull the strawberries, slice the cucumber into thin rounds and squeeze the lime juice.
  4. Pour the hot water into a jug, add the mint leaves and seal the jug so the mint can infuse for 30 minutes.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients, stir and refrigerate for several hours.

  • 1 lemon
