Hey ladies! Thank you for joining us for this second day of the Slimming Challenge !
Today, 3 delicious new recipes for your meals throughout the day.
Now is the perfect time to start building good habits — and the first one is to drink a glass of water every morning as soon as you wake up. This helps detoxify your body and gently wake it up.
The second important tip to keep in mind is to avoid snacking between meals at all costs, especially sugary little treats. If you’re really hungry before a meal, reach for a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.
On the menu today: a fruity breakfast, savoury muffins for lunch, and tonight we’re treating ourselves to rocket pasta!
The Green Muffins are an exclusive recipe from the Fit Food Guide, the CelluBlue nutritional guide that helps you embrace a healthier lifestyle through delicious recipes!
