Welcome everyone to Day 11 of the Fitness Challenge and your final Yoga session!
Today you’ll discover a series of poses to help you wake up properly. Ideally, we encourage you to repeat this routine every morning!
Contents
EXERCISES
Hold each pose for 1 minute and complete all 3 poses 3 times.
Pose 1: The Warrior Pose
Standing with your feet together, step your right foot out about 1 metre to the side and rotate it 90°.
Keep your left foot still.
Raise your arms toward the sky and bring your hands together.
Keep your back straight and your hips aligned with your shoulders.

Pose 2: The Triangle Pose
Stand with your feet about 1.5 metres apart. Turn your right foot 90° outward. Keep your hips straight, aligned with your shoulders.
As you inhale deeply, extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, parallel to the floor with your palms facing down.
Then as you exhale, stretch your torso by sliding your right hand down your right leg until you reach your shin, or for those more flexible, the outside of your right foot.
Hold the position.

Pose 3: The Tree Pose
Standing, place your left heel on the knee of your right leg. If that’s too difficult, place it lower on your calf.
Bring your hands together, elbows close to your body, in front of your chest.
Hold the position.

TIPS
Our tips for feeling healthy and energised from the moment you wake up:
- Drink lemon juice on an empty stomach in a glass of warm water for its detoxifying effect on the body
- Have a proper breakfast to avoid feeling hungry mid-morning and unnecessary snacking
- Prepare your things the night before to avoid morning stress
- Go for a 10–15 minute walk
- Follow a yoga routine (like the one above) to gently wake up your muscles
- Avoid checking your phone as soon as you wake up
THE ANTI-CELLULITE TIP
Today we’re sharing a recipe for a draining apricot smoothie!
Apricot is a fruit rich in fibre and vitamins, and it contains lycopene, an active ingredient that helps drain toxins and combat water retention!
Simply blend 150g of apricot with a handful of red berries, a squeeze of lime and some ice cubes!
Your daily essential: Use the CelluBlue cup every day on areas where you have cellulite to visibly reduce it within a few weeks!

What really helps in practice
15-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 11 becomes more useful when it is connected to a simple, repeatable routine. The practical approach is to start from a sustainable slimming routine and then check what you can actually sustain in real life.
In practice, a stable method repeated over several days works better than a string of contradictory experiments. That structure makes body signals easier to read and results easier to judge.
A simple way to get started
- Choose one main objective at a time.
- Keep a realistic rhythm over 7 to 21 days.
- Watch practical signals before chasing immediate results.
- Adjust one variable at a time so you can see what really helps.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I am moving in the right direction?
The most useful sign is the combination of consistency, comfort and visible or felt progress across several sessions.
Should I change everything at once?
No. Better progress usually comes from a simple base routine and gradual adjustments.
