Hey girls! Feeling good today for our challenge? Come on, let’s get motivated! Here we go for Day 7 of the special Summer Challenge ☀ On the agenda today: a brand-new menu, an abs session, and a DIY draining cream specially designed for a flat tummy.

Breakfast:
- Banana pancakes
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 hot drink
Lunch:
- Vegetable & prawn wok
- 75g prawns
- 50g broccoli
- 50g Japanese noodles
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- ½ lemon
- ½ onion
- 1 tsp spice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Dessert: 1 portion of cheese + 1 banana
Dinner:
- Mango & salmon tartare
- 100g salmon
- ½ mango
- ½ onion
- 1 lemon juice
- Chives
- Salad: ½ cucumber + 1 portion cherry tomatoes
- Dessert: 1 handful of strawberries

Here is a 3-exercise routine you can do without leaving home.
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

SCISSORS
Lie on your back with your arms above your head or resting along your sides. Extend your legs and lift them slightly off the ground, making sure to keep your abs engaged. Hold this position and cross your legs while keeping them straight, alternating right leg over left leg.Complete 30 repetitions (1 rep = right leg + left leg).
Remember to keep your back flat on the floor throughout the exercise to avoid any strain.
SWISS KNIFE CRUNCHES

1- Lie flat on your back with your legs straight.
2- Extend your arms behind your head.
3- Exhale and simultaneously raise your arms and legs so they meet at the top of the movement, known as the Swiss knife position. At the top, you should be balancing only on your pelvis. Your legs should be straight and your arms parallel to your legs.
4- Inhale and lower your arms and legs back to the starting position.
5- Complete 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
???? Today’s tip: DIY draining cream for a flat tummy
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of your usual body moisturiser
- 5 drops of clary sage essential oil
- 6 drops of tropical basil essential oil
- 5 drops of lemon essential oil
Method
- Preparing this slimming, anti-cellulite treatment couldn’t be simpler! In a small bowl, pour in the 2 tablespoons of moisturiser, then add the drops of each essential oil. Mix well, then apply the blend all over the tummy area using circular movements. For best results, apply after your evening shower so the cream can work overnight. Repeat for a maximum of 15 days.
- As well as hydrating your skin thanks to the base moisturiser, the massage movements help to support digestion as you apply the cream. Clary sage essential oil is the ideal ingredient for firming the skin and helping to eliminate toxins. Tropical basil is often used to help reduce bloating and deflate the tummy. And you’re probably already familiar with the benefits of lemon essential oil: it’s a go-to for detoxifying the body and draining tissues — and a great ally for targeting stubborn fat and reducing the appearance of cellulite!
