Hey! A little motivation post — some of you already know me, my before & after from back then (3 years ago) was a bit of an inspiration for others. I wanted to do a new one, using the same “before” photo from that time, because honestly a few months ago I was right back to square one — I hadn’t exercised in 2 years, and my diet was completely off the rails!
So here we are — after 1 month of almost daily cupping and 2–3 workout sessions a week! (This photo was taken last week and I’m switching up my fitness programme this week!)”

Here’s my routine :
In the morning I take 2 anti-cellulite capsules, then apply the cryo gels.
In the evening I take 2 capsules, do the scrub in the shower. After the shower I apply the massage oil with the cup, and finally before bed I apply the night treatments.
