⭐ Today’s session

Here is a 3-exercise routine you can do without leaving home.

SQUATS

For this first exercise, stand up straight with your back as upright as possible, then bend your knees until you reach a seated position: push your hips back, lean your torso slightly forward, and make sure your knees don’t go past your toes. To come back up, push through your legs and squeeze your glutes for the best results!

Repeat 30 times.

THE PLANK

Lie face down on the floor. Lift your body up, resting on your forearms and the tips of your toes. Once in position, engage your core and tighten your whole body to stay perfectly straight. Be careful not to lift or drop your hips too much — your body should remain as straight as possible! Hold for 1 minute.

THE BRIDGE

For this final exercise, lie on your back with your arms alongside your body and your knees bent. Your feet should be flat on the floor for support. Engage your core and press through your feet to lift your hips, squeezing your glutes at the top. Your hips, thighs, and knees should be aligned. Lower back down without resting your glutes on the floor, then repeat.

Repeat the exercise 40 times!

???? Today’s tip: Top foods to fight cellulite

  • Citrus fruits
    • Lemon, kiwi, grapefruit… You’re probably already familiar with all the benefits of citrus fruits! Grapefruit is a fantastic ally against cellulite, as is lemon, which also has remarkable fat-burning and detoxifying properties. That’s why it’s worth drinking a glass of water with the juice of an organic lemon every morning on an empty stomach!
  • Berries
    • Beyond their anti-ageing properties, berrieshelp improve skin texture, leaving it firmer — all thanks to their antioxidant content! Don’t hesitate to enjoy them at breakfast or as a snack, and mix it up: strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, blueberries, blackberries… The choice of superfoods is all yours!
  • Avocado
    • It’s one of the favourite foods among active women, and for good reason: avocado is a satisfying fruit that provides the body — and the skin — with healthy fats. Rich in vitamins C and E, it’s ideal for helping to combat inflammation and therefore cellulite. Your skin will look radiant and healthy!
  • Brown rice
    • As well as being filling, brown rice offers numerous benefits for the skin. Thanks to the ceramides it contains, brown rice helps to hydrate and naturally firm the skin. So make sure to include it in your meals several times a week, paired with protein and vegetables.
  • Green tea
    • Well known for its slimming properties, green tea also helps to care for your skin. It supports the fight against dimpling from within and helps the body burn fat more efficiently.
  • Goji berries
    • Grown mainly in Asia, they contain vitamins C, B1, B2, B6 and E, 19 amino acids, 21 different minerals and trace elements, and beta-carotene. With all of that, they help with weight management and the elimination of the fats responsible for dimpling — and that’s not all… Goji berries also boost energy levels and overall wellbeing, strengthen the immune system, help reduce blood pressure, and may even support the fight against urinary tract infections! Truly a queen among superfoods.
  • Rooibos tea
    • This red tea comes from South Africa. It contains no theine, so it can be enjoyed throughout the day. It is also rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, caffeine-free, and low in tannins. It supports the elimination of toxins, the removal of fats, and liver detoxification. What more could you ask for?
  • Pomegranate
    • This delicious fruit originates from the Mediterranean basin. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E, polyphenols, and oestrogens. In practical terms, it helps limit fat storage, supports cardiovascular health, helps reduce high blood pressure, and is an excellent anti-inflammatory!
  • Açaí berries
    • They grow mainly in South America. These are true superfoods, containing Omega 9 and 6, antioxidants, and are said to be among the fruits richest in vitamins B1, B2, B3, C and E. They are thought to help boost fat burning and support the elimination of cellulite. In terms of health benefits, they also help combat cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, and ageing, as well as fever, diabetes, hair loss, and menstrual pain!
