The Challenge
It’s Sunday and day 4 of our challenge! We hope the first few days have been going just as well.
To start this day off right, here’s another idea for a light, easy breakfast: fromage blanc with granola and almonds.
INGREDIENTS (serves 2)
2 pots of 0% fromage blanc
2 tablespoons of granola (muesli)
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
10 grams of (light) butter
1 tablespoon of flaked almonds
METHOD
1. Toast the granola in a pan for 2 minutes with the butter and brown sugar. Stir and allow to lightly caramelise.
2. Meanwhile, whisk the fromage blanc in a small bowl.
3. Pour the granola over the fromage blanc and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Ready to serve!
Tip: for the granola, you can use a ready-made muesli or mix your own – oats + almonds + hazelnuts + honey + raisins – to create your very own homemade granola!

Ready for today’s workout?
The great thing about our exercises is that they are simple, take only a few minutes a day and require no equipment.
You can do them comfortably at home, every day – ideally 5 times a week.
It’s Sunday, so we’re suggesting a simple exercise 🙂
Lie on your back with your arms along your sides, palms flat on the floor.
Bend your knees with the soles of your feet on the floor.
Lift your hips up and hold for a few seconds, without straining your back.
Lower back down gently.
Complete 3 sets of 15!
Remember to control your breathing and drink water after each workout.

Replace the XXX with the names of 3 friends who will support you for the rest of the challenge. Having a team around you is key to staying on track – the coming days are going to get more and more active! You’ll need all the motivation and support you can get!
