⭐️ Flat Tummy Exercises ⭐️
Here’s a new set of two highly effective exercises to work your core! ????
KNEE RAISES
For this exercise:
1- Start in a plank position: legs and arms extended, core engaged.
2- Bend your right leg, bringing your right knee under your torso without touching the ground.
3- Push off to switch legs — your left leg is now bent under your torso and your right leg is extended.
4- Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Always keep your legs, hips, back and head aligned. To do this, keep your shoulders nice and low. To ensure your head and neck stay in the right position, avoid looking at your hands — look forward and diagonally instead!
TWIST CRUNCH
For this exercise:
1- Sit down, bend your knees and keep your legs and feet together.
Extend your arms in front of you and clasp your hands together. Lower your torso slightly so you are in a reclined position.
2- From this position, move your hands from left to right, rotating your torso as you go.
3- Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
Pro tip for an even deeper workout: you can also perform this exercise holding a dumbbell in your hands.
???? Flat Tummy Menu ????(serves 1)
Slimming and satisfying: here is today’s flat tummy menu to enjoy without counting calories! ????
BREAKFAST
Made up of: 2 WASA-style crispbreads / a small knob of butter / a handful of raisins / 1 fresh fruit juice.
LUNCH
1 spinach salad with goat’s cheese and walnuts: 100 g baby spinach + 4 slices of goat’s cheese cut into small pieces + about ten walnut halves + 1 homemade light dressing (1 tbsp mustard + 3 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tbsp olive oil + salt and pepper), and 1 fried egg. For dessert, 1 banana.
SNACK
1 cup of tea + 1 bowl of fromage blanc.
DINNER
1 portion of pan-fried scallops + 2 Provençal-style tomatoes. For dessert, 1 yoghurt of your choice.
To enjoy this slimming menu for two, simply double the portions! ????
