⭐ Flat belly exercises ⭐
To engage your abs to the fullest and make them work effectively, let’s start with these two exercises.
HEEL TOUCH CRUNCH
For this exercise:
1- Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor hip-width apart. Your arms are extended along the sides of your body.
2- Using your abdominal muscles, you’ll reach for your ankles with your hands. To do this, lift your shoulders and head slightly, then touch your left ankle with your left hand, followed by your right ankle with your right hand. Alternate left and right.
3- Complete 3 sets of 25 repetitions of this movement.
WINDSHIELD WIPER
For this exercise:
1- Lie on your back with your legs bent and your arms extended out to each side, forming a cross.
2- The goal is to keep your legs bent and knees together, then lower them from side to side while engaging your abs. Your shoulders must stay flat on the floor throughout the movement.
3- Slowly lower your legs to one side, return to the starting position, then lower them to the other side. Focus on controlling the movement throughout.
4- Complete 3 sets of 35 repetitions.

Because a flat belly also starts with what you eat, this menu will help you wave goodbye to bloating and quickly rediscover a slimmer waistline!
BREAKFAST
Made up of: 1 plain fromage blanc / 30g unsweetened muesli / 1 handful of dried fruit / 1 freshly squeezed orange juice
LUNCH
Vegetable tian with 1 courgette + 1 tomato + 1 aubergine + 1 tbsp parmesan + 1 hake fillet. For dessert, 2 squares of dark chocolate.
SNACK
1 cup of tea + 1 small banana
DINNER
2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 portion of green beans. For dessert, 1/2 grapefruit.
