Today’s recipe
Today we’re sharing a recipe we absolutely love: lemon chicken skewers, courgette tagliatelle and spiced quinoa!

2 chicken breasts
A few sprigs of rosemary
2 courgettes
1 lime
Olive oil
100g quinoa
Turmeric
Method:
Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate in the zest and juice of a lime, the rosemary sprigs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt for at least 1 hour.
Rinse your quinoa in a fine-mesh sieve and tip it into a saucepan with twice its volume of very lightly salted water. Add a teaspoon of turmeric.
Cook over medium heat, covered, for 12 minutes.
Slice the courgettes into tagliatelle strips using a vegetable peeler (peeled or unpeeled).
Blanch the courgette tagliatelle for 2 minutes in a pan of boiling water.
Cook the chicken in a frying pan.
Serve with the quinoa and courgette tagliatelle.
You can thread the pieces onto rosemary sprigs to make skewers, alternating chicken and courgette.

⭐️ Today’s exercise: leg extension!
The leg extension: if you dream of having a well-toned, rounded bottom, this is one of the most effective exercises out there!
Say hello to a firm, toned bottom and sculpted thighs!
Follow these steps to perform the exercise correctly:
1 – Get on all fours with your forearms flat on the floor, your knees should be directly below your hips.
2 – Lift your right leg behind you, then extend it by pointing your foot towards the ceiling.
3 – Slowly lower your knee, bring it towards your chest, and as your right knee approaches the floor, lift your
right leg again, in the same way.
4 – Repeat the movement several times then do the same with your left leg.
HOW MANY REPS SHOULD I DO?
We recommend doing 2 sets of 10 extensions per leg.
Then increase by 10 at a time.
If you can work your way up to 40 reps per leg, that’s absolutely brilliant!
Above all, build up gradually so you don’t lose motivation!
