The challenge

To start your Friday off right, drink a large glass of lemon water and don’t forget to run a stream of cool or cold water over your legs.
Start from the ankles, working your way up along the thighs, all the way to the buttocks and hips.
Ready for breakfast?

For your breakfast today: a green tea + 30g of unsweetened muesli + a piece of fruit (your choice – it’s Friday!) + a 0% fat yoghurt

For tonight, we’ve prepared a detox broth recipe for you

Ingredients (2 servings) :
– 1 garlic clove
– 1 onion
– 1 stock cube
– 1 leek
– 1 turnip
– 1L of water

Recipe preparation :
Take garlic, an onion, chilli, spices, lemongrass, an organic stock cube and a leek

Method
Chop, mince and crush all your spices on one side.
Finely slice the leek and turnip.
Sauté your spices, garlic and onion with the stock cube in a splash of water in a saucepan for a few minutes.
Add between 0.5 and 1 litre of water depending on the number of portions you want, cover and leave to boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat, add the finely sliced vegetables and cover for 5 minutes – it’s ready!

Today’s exercise: Decline push-ups

We’ve already talked about push-ups, but today we’re going to make the exercise a little more challenging. Come on, be brave – the weekend starts tonight!

For decline push-ups, don’t worry – you only need a chair.
Place your feet on the chair and your hands on the floor, always keeping your back straight. Your hands, spread twice shoulder-width apart, should be flat on the floor for better stability. Lower yourself while inhaling until your forehead touches the ground, then push back up while exhaling.

To make the exercise harder, you can bring your hands closer together to engage your arms more, especially the triceps.

Do 4 sets of 10, resting 1 minute between each set.
