The challenge
It’s Day 8 of the “CelluBlue Body Challenge”. Keep up the motivation!
As every day from now on: don’t forget your large glass of water (ideally with lemon) and your anti-cellulite cold shower (explained on Day 4).
For breakfast, we suggest a light muffin recipe
Butter-free, sugar-free banana muffins:
Ingredients (makes 10 muffins)
3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp apple sauce
1 egg
150 g flour
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
– Beat the egg in a large bowl until the mixture turns pale and frothy.
– Mash the bananas with a fork and add the apple sauce. Then stir in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
– Add the egg to this mixture and stir well.
– Fold in the flour and baking powder. Add them to the previous mixture and stir quickly. Be careful not to overmix, or the muffins may turn out too dry.
– Divide the batter among 10 muffin moulds and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. (Check doneness with a knife blade.) Once out of the oven, wait 10 minutes before turning them out onto a wire rack.”

Here is the recipe for a detox lemonade:
Ingredients for 1 person:
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
300 ml mineral water
Preparation:
Simply mix all the ingredients together – and it’s ready!
Ready for today’s workout?
Today we invite you to do an exercise called the “SQUAT”.
This exercise tones the thighs and glutes without adding bulk, while helping to effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite.
POSITION
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, lower yourself until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then rise back up. For an effective workout, it is very important to control the descent by slowing it down slightly. Throughout the exercise, keep your back slightly arched, your knees stable, and make sure your heels never leave the floor.
PACE
Start with a set of 15 squats, then repeat this sequence 4 times, gradually increasing the number of squats with each session.”
Remember to control your breathing and drink water after each workout.
Validation step
It is very important for the coaching to run smoothly that you validate each step every day. This allows the coach to make sure you are still following the challenge correctly.
