My hydrating and anti-cellulite treatments: the massage stick
Ingredients
- ¼ cup beeswax pellets
- ¼ cup cocoa butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond oil
- 1 tbsp jojoba oil
- 3 drops grapefruit essential oil
Recipe
- Place the beeswax and cocoa butter in a microwave-safe container.
- Heat in 3 intervals of 10 seconds at full power, until the wax and butter are fully melted.
- Stir well, then add the oils. Stir again.
- Pour the mixture into non-stick muffin moulds and leave to cool at room temperature.
- Then place them in the freezer until your sticks are completely firm.
How to use
Simply glide the stick gently over clean, dry skin. The warmth of your body will melt the oils. Then massage with your hands until fully absorbed.
Once removed from the freezer, store the sticks in the fridge in an airtight container.
My hydrating and anti-cellulite treatments: the anti-cellulite body cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa butter
- 1 cup coconut oil
- A few drops of your favourite essential oil (rose, grapefruit, lavender…)
Recipe
- Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil in a saucepan until the mixture is completely liquid.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, leave it to cool at room temperature, then place it in the fridge until solid but still pliable.
- Add a few drops of essential oil, then whisk vigorously for about ten minutes. The cream should become slightly fluffy.
- Transfer the cream into a resealable jar and store in a cool, dry place.
How to use
Use this cream just like your regular body moisturiser — apply to clean, dry skin and massage from the bottom upwards in circular motions.
