Drinks to avoid

You probably know which type of drinks will be listed here, but let’s list them again just to make sure we avoid them for good. At the top of the list we have sodas and industrial drinks, which are full of sugar. Moreover these drinks contain preservatives and additives that aren’t good for our body and can have undesired effects on our health. Most of these drinks are fizzy drinks. Fizzy drinks are not your best ally if your goal is to get a flat stomach or for fighting water retention. In second position we have alcohol. These drinks should be drunk occasionally, as well as dairy drinks.

The best thing to do is to avoid drinks that don’t bring your body the nutrients it needs. Always prefer drinks that contain what your body needs like fresh fruit juices.

Your best allies

To keep your body hydrated, stay full of energy and fight cellulite and water retention your best ally is still water! To make drinking water easier you can add some ingredients to it. You can add fresh lemon and grapefruit juice to your bottle of water to give it a sweet taste and add detoxifying properties to your water. Don’t forget infusions. These can have effects on cellulite and help you get rid of it.

Coffee is also one of your allies, but don’t drink more than 3 cups a day. Also be careful about what you add to it. Try and avoid adding sugar to your coffee. Add stevia instead. You can also try new trendy drinks such as rice or oat-based drinks. However, the best drinks are homemade drinks. You can make your own fruit juices and smoothies to stay full of energy through the day!
