You wish you had a flat stomach and toned skin? We will reveal some tips and tricks to meet your goals easily and have the stomach of dreams. First of all let’s talk nutrition!

A good diet for a flat stomach

To have a flat stomach you don’t have to eat less, you have to eat well.

Try eating 5 small meals rather than 3 important meals to stimulate your metabolism and avoid cravings. Increase your fruit, vegetable and fiber intake to improve your transit. This will also make you feel full longer. Also try eating more protein (ham, chicken breasts, tuna, salmon, eggs…), which help burn fat.

For your snacks, eat fruit, nuts or dark chocolate. Do avoid greasy and sugary foods, as well as industrial foods (cookies, cakes, processed foods…).

For your meals keep it simple with fresh produce. You can cook healthy meals without it being too complicated.

What about drinks?

The best remains still water! It is the only fluid your body and skin really needs. Don’t worry, you won’t have to drink still water for the rest of your life! Add some fruit to it to give it some taste. You can add lemon for a detox and fat burning effect, or go for teas and infusions which will have draining effects and eliminates toxins. Ideal for fighting water retention and bloating! Try drinking a minimum of 1.5L of water a day.

Avoid any sugary and fizzy drinks, they lead to bloating and contain unnecessary calories. However, you can still drink coffee, but without sugar (add stevia instead), or fruit juice. Prefer fresh and homemade fruit juices. As an alternative you can also drink smoothies. We have a few recipes for you right here if you are out of ideas.
