Hey girls!

Christmas Eve is (already) tomorrow! Have you picked your outfit and are you ready to shine? ✨ To look your absolute best, try these homemade, natural beauty recipes.

Step 1: Detox face maskmasque visage detox

  • 3 tbsp. white clay powder
  • Rose water (or still mineral water)
  • 3 drops of argan oil
  1. Place the clay in a bowl, then gently add the rose water (or mineral water) until you get a smooth, fairly thick paste.
  2. Add the argan oil and mix well.
  3. Apply the mask to clean, dry skin.
  4. Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse off with clean water.

Step 2: Cocooning hair maskmasque cheveux

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp. liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  1. Mash the avocado, then mix it with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Apply the mask to dry hair, from roots to ends, before shampooing.
  3. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse and shampoo as usual.

Step 3: Bath infusion bags for a relaxing soak

bain detox

Ingredients (makes about 2 bags):

  • 2 heaped tbsp. almond powder
  • 2 heaped tbsp. oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 20 drops of sweet orange essential oil
  • 4 squares of gauze, approx. 20x20cm
  • String

How do I make my bath infusion bags?

  1. Lay 2 squares of gauze on top of each other (2 layers) on a flat surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the centre of the 2 gauze squares.
  4. Close the bags by tying them with a piece of string.
  5. Run yourself a warm bath, drop in one bag (or both) and enjoy!

Step 4: Body scrub

gommage corps

  • 2 tbsp. almond powder
  • 2 tbsp. argan oil
  • 3 tbsp. coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp. liquid honey
  1. Mix all the ingredients together (add a little more salt if the texture feels too runny).
  2. Apply the scrub in circular motions to damp skin, working from the ankles upwards.
  3. Rinse off with cool water.

Good to know: store your scrub in the fridge for up to 4 days.
