Par ailleurs, ils contiennent du <b>tryptophane<\/b>, un acide amin\u00e9 pr\u00e9curseur de la s\u00e9rotonine et la m\u00e9latonine, les neurotransmetteurs responsables de la <b>r\u00e9gulation des humeurs et du sommeil<\/b>. Il est donc recommand\u00e9 d\u2019en consommer le soir\u00a0: non seulement ils pr\u00e9viennent la survenue de <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/comment-gerer-sa-faim\/\">fringales<\/a> <\/b>nocturnes, n\u00e9fastes au maintien d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/comment-retrouver-son-poids-de-forme\/\"><b>poids de forme<\/b><\/a>, mais ils favorisent aussi le sommeil. Pas terrible pour bien dormir\u2026 Par contre, <b>les \u0153ufs<\/b> font exception \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle\u00a0: ils sont <b>tr\u00e8s digestes<\/b>, si bien qu\u2019ils n\u2019alourdissent pas, mais ils sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s riches en <b>tryptophane<\/b>, bon pour le moral et le sommeil. Ils sont donc conseill\u00e9s le soir. Mais (car il y a un mais), il est tr\u00e8s riche en <b>nutriments<\/b>\u00a0: il contient du <b>magn\u00e9sium<\/b>, dont <b>l\u2019action s\u00e9dative<\/b> est reconnue, mais aussi de la <b>vitamine D<\/b>. Or une carence en vitamine D pourrait provoquer une somnolence accrue en journ\u00e9e et des difficult\u00e9s d\u2019endormissement le soir. Et pour ne rien g\u00e2cher, on sait que le sucre, \u00e0 petites doses, apaise le cerveau et permet de mieux dormir.
