Tout le monde en parle et beaucoup semblent s\u2019y mettre&nbsp;! Mais de quoi s\u2019agit-il, au juste&nbsp;? On en vante les bienfaits, mais quels sont-ils&nbsp;? Et surtout, est-ce-que le je\u00fbne intermittent pourrait \u00eatre efficace contre la cellulite&nbsp;? Petite enqu\u00eate sur ce \u00ab&nbsp;nouveau&nbsp;\u00bb r\u00e9gime, qui semble si prometteur\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce-que le je\u00fbne intermittent&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne intermittent (ou intermittent fasting en anglais) est un rythme alimentaire plus qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime. Il consiste \u00e0 <strong>alterner des p\u00e9riodes de je\u00fbne<\/strong>, o\u00f9 l\u2019on consomme seulement des boissons d\u00e9nu\u00e9es de calories (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/boire-the-pour-mincir\/\">th\u00e9<\/a> <\/strong>sans sucre ni lait, eau, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/6-tisanes-pour-eliminer-les-toxines-naturellement\/\">tisane<\/a> <\/strong>non sucr\u00e9e), <strong>et des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019alimentation normal<\/strong>e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de la p\u00e9riode de je\u00fbne est modulable. Ainsi il existe diff\u00e9rents types de je\u00fbne intermittent&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le je\u00fbne complet<\/strong> (ou je\u00fbne en jour altern\u00e9), qui consiste \u00e0 alterner un \u00e0 deux jours de je\u00fbne (avec apports hydriques mais non caloriques) et un \u00e0 deux jours d\u2019alimentation normale.<\/li><li><strong>Le je\u00fbne avec restriction d\u2019\u00e9nergie intermittente<\/strong>, qui consiste \u00e0 alterner un jour quasi je\u00fbn\u00e9, o\u00f9 les apports \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques ne doivent pas exc\u00e9der 600 kcal, et un jour d\u2019alimentation normale. Une variante de ce type de je\u00fbne est le r\u00e9gime 5&nbsp;: 2, qui&nbsp; pr\u00e9voit deux jours de restrictions caloriques dans la semaine et une alimentation normale les cinq jours restants.<\/li><li><strong>Le je\u00fbne avec temps d\u2019alimentation restreint<\/strong>, qui autorise une alimentation normale tous les jours, mais pendant un laps de temps restreint. La forme la plus connue est le je\u00fbne 16&nbsp;: 8, qui consiste \u00e0 je\u00fbner pendant 16h et qui autorise \u00e0 s\u2019alimenter les 8h restantes. D\u2019ailleurs de nombreuses \u00e9tudes sont men\u00e9es \u00e0 ce sujet et ce, depuis 1943. Il ne s\u2019agit donc pas d\u2019un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9cent&nbsp;! Depuis des temps tr\u00e8s anciens, et souvent pour des raisons spirituelles, les hommes je\u00fbnaient pour expier leurs p\u00e9ch\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui les raisons au je\u00fbne sont diff\u00e9rentes, et on le pratique plus pour des raisons de sant\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/comment-detoxifier-son-corps\/\"><strong>D\u00e9toxifier son corps<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/erreurs-perdre-du-poids\/\"><strong>Perdre du poids<\/strong><\/a> ou de la masse grasse<\/li><li>Mettre ses organes au repos<\/li><li>Am\u00e9liorer ses marqueurs sanguins, comme le cholest\u00e9rol ou la glyc\u00e9mie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On est donc en droit de se poser la question&nbsp;: y-a-t-il de r\u00e9els b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 pratiquer le je\u00fbne intermittent&nbsp;? Apparemment, les derni\u00e8res \u00e9tudes en date confirment que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le je\u00fbne en jour altern\u00e9 est efficace pour perdre du poids<sup>(1)<\/sup><\/li><li>Ce m\u00eame type de je\u00fbne est autant efficace sur les personnes en surpoids que sur les personnes avec un poids normal<sup>(2)<\/sup><\/li><li>Le je\u00fbne en jour altern\u00e9 n\u2019alt\u00e8re pas la masse musculaire mais r\u00e9duit la masse grasse, et ce sur le long terme, contrairement aux r\u00e9gimes restrictifs<sup>(3)<\/sup><\/li><li>Le&nbsp; je\u00fbne intermittent am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement certains marqueurs comme le cholest\u00e9rol (diminution du mauvais et des triglyc\u00e9rides), la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline et la pression art\u00e9rielle<sup>(4)<\/sup><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre, il semblerait que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le je\u00fbne en jour altern\u00e9 soit plus efficace que le je\u00fbne avec temps d\u2019alimentation restreint pour perdre du poids<\/li><li>Le je\u00fbne intermittent, de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tend \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la sensation de faim et d\u2019amoindrir la sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9<\/li><li>Il perturberait les cycles du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/maigrir-en-dormant-cest-possible\/\"><strong>sommeil<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Il pourrait \u00eatre dangereux pour les enfants, les personnes en sous-poids, les femmes enceintes et les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi, et consid\u00e9rant ces r\u00e9sultats, on pourrait se demander si le je\u00fbne intermittent (et particuli\u00e8rement celui en jour altern\u00e9) pourrait \u00eatre efficace contre la cellulite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Je\u00fbner pour faire dispara\u00eetre sa cellulite, une bonne id\u00e9e&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-1170x780.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite-263x175.jpg 263w, https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/jeune-cellulite.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune \u00e9tude en bonne et due forme n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur les effets du je\u00fbne intermittent sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/qu-est-ce-que-la-cellulite\/\"><strong>cellulite<\/strong><\/a>. Tout au plus trouve-t-on des t\u00e9moignages de cas isol\u00e9s, qui se contredisent d\u2019ailleurs\u2026 Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, certains bons points sont \u00e0 noter&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si le je\u00fbne intermittent est efficace pour la perte de poids, cela signifie qu\u2019il a un impact positif en mati\u00e8re de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/quest-ce-que-la-lipolyse\/\"><strong>lipolyse<\/strong><\/a>. Or la cellulite est en partie due \u00e0 une surcharge graisseuse des adipocytes (cellules adipeuses sous-cutan\u00e9es). Aussi, si le je\u00fbne intermittent permet de r\u00e9duire sa masse grasse, on peut imaginer qu\u2019il permettra de r\u00e9duire l\u2019aspect capitonn\u00e9 de la cellulite, surtout si elle est de type <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/cellulite-adipeuse-comment-leradiquer\/\"><strong>adipeux<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li><li>En outre, le je\u00fbne intermittent est un je\u00fbne hydrique, qui encourage \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/boire-plus-d-eau\/\"><strong>boire<\/strong><\/a>. Dans le cas de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/cellulite-aqueuse-que-faire\/\"><strong>cellulite aqueuse<\/strong><\/a>, due \u00e0 une r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau, il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant. En effet, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/comprendre-retention-deau-cellulite\/\"><strong>r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau<\/strong><\/a> est accentu\u00e9 par la d\u00e9shydratation (le corps, quand priv\u00e9 d\u2019eau, aura naturellement tendance \u00e0 en stocker&nbsp;!). Un r\u00e9gime alimentaire qui \u00ab&nbsp;impose&nbsp;\u00bb de boire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ne peut \u00eatre que b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la cellulite, surtout si elle de type aqueux.<\/li><li>Enfin, le je\u00fbne intermittent s\u2019inscrit dans un souci d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de vie g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les adeptes du je\u00fbne sont rarement port\u00e9s sur la malbouffe, car ils s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 la nutrition, au <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/conseils-simples-mieux-manger\/\">bien mange<\/a>r<\/strong> et au bien vivre. Aussi, on peut ais\u00e9ment imaginer que si la pratique du je\u00fbne s\u2019inscrit dans une am\u00e9lioration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du mode de vie (alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et vari\u00e9e, activit\u00e9 physique), il ne pourra avoir qu\u2019un effet positif sur la cellulite.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, l\u2019apparition de cellulite trouve d\u2019autres <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/guide-cellulite\/\"><strong>causes<\/strong><\/a>, comme les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/hormones-et-cellulite-quelle-relation\/\"><strong>fluctuations hormonales<\/strong><\/a>. Or rien ne prouve aujourd\u2019hui que le je\u00fbne intermittent ait des effets positifs sur la \u00ab&nbsp;stabilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb hormonale, ou qu\u2019il pr\u00e9viendrait le stockage naturel de graisse induit par les hormones sexuelles (\u0153strog\u00e8nes et progest\u00e9rone).&nbsp; Les rares \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es \u00e0 ce sujet sont contradictoires, ou encore au stade exp\u00e9rimental sur des rats (et nous ne sommes pas des souris&nbsp;!). Aussi, difficile de donner un avis arr\u00eat\u00e9 sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du je\u00fbne intermittent sur la cellulite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que faire pour faire dispara\u00eetre sa cellulite&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour nous, une chose est s\u00fbre&nbsp;: pour se d\u00e9barrasser de sa cellulite, rien ne vaut une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cellublue.com\/blog\/fr\/maigrir-cellulite-7-idees-recues\/\">alimentation<\/a> <\/strong>saine, vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, avec peu de sel, sucre et graisses satur\u00e9es.
